Denver Truck Accident Attorney Michael J. Warshauer

Denver Truck Accident Attorney Michael J. Warshauer

Of Counsel

Michael J. Warshauer enjoys taking on difficult legal challenges – especially those that require analyzing complex data and developing creative approaches that are not evident to others. His ability to see what others don’t is often what clients cite as the main reason for hiring Warshauer-McLaughlin Law Group, P.C. – and the reason other attorneys throughout Georgia routinely refer their complex and most difficult cases to Michael.

Thanks to his skill as a trial attorney and his knowledge about the complexities of truck accident litigation, he has consistently won impressive verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients and their families — dozens of which exceed $1 Million, as well as several more in excess of $10 Million.

In a legal career that spans more than three decades, Michael is a well-respected litigation attorney who has devoted his storied career to representing accident and injury victims, as well as families who have suffered a loved one’s wrongful death.

Michael’s current concentration is helping and protecting people who have been harmed by negligence, particularly in commercial truck wrecks.

In addition to being a successful, respected attorney, Michael enjoys a full life outside of work. He and his wife and firm co-founder, Lyle Griffin Warshauer, are the proud parents of five children. They enjoy spending time with their family and entertaining friends at their home in Atlanta. Michael is a competitive triathlete and volunteers for non-profit organizations that provide meals for families in need.
